Questions

What counts as an active listing?

Any unit that’s live: available, coming soon, or sale pending. Drafts, sold, and archived units don’t count.

Can I sync from my dealer management system?

Yes. On Pro and Dealer Group, push inventory from any ERP with our API, or connect ESM directly. Photos and prices update automatically.

How do Facebook & Instagram ads work?

Pick units, set a budget, and pay one all-in price. We build and run the campaign, and if Meta can’t deliver your full budget, the unused portion is refunded when it ends.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you added a card, your plan continues month-to-month. If not, you move to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted.

Can I rent out equipment too?

Yes. Mark any unit for sale, for rent, or both, with daily, weekly and monthly rates. Buyers can filter for rentals.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Every plan is month-to-month. Annual billing is optional and gets you two months free.
